Projects

Painting Classification: Figurative vs Abstract (2025)

This project classifies paintings as figurative or abstract using different ResNet50 variants (single-branch, two-branch, dense fusion), achieving ~90% macro F1-score with the best model.

Cardiac Pathology Prediction (2025)

Classification of cardiac conditions from CMRI images into five diagnostic classes using Random Forest with feature selection. Left ventricle segmentation implemented. Final model achieved 88% accuracy on the test set.

Inpainting of Microtextures (2024)

Development of Gaussian-based ADSN models for microtexture inpainting. Explored the effects of parameters w and k_max on RGB, grayscale, and complex textures, producing realistic inpainting results.

Programming Workshop - trabajoUY (2023)

Java project developing a job search and application platform. Includes user and company profiles, job postings, application management, social networking, a central server, database persistence, and both desktop (Swing) and web interfaces.

Object-Oriented Programming Project (2022)

C++ project applying object-oriented programming concepts to design and implement a medium-scale software system. Focused on classes, inheritance, polymorphism, and object interactions, with multiple intermediate deliveries to validate functionality and design.
